| The Ascension Lower School educates students in grade 1 through 4. The aim of the Lower School is to teach lifelong learning skills. At each grade level we maintain developmentally appropriate goals, while recognizing the individual strengths and needs of each student. To maximize each student's potential, creative and critical thinking skills are emphasized in an environment or supportive learning. Small class size and teacher-to-student ratios allow for an intimate, interpersonal atmosphere. The home and school connection is valued, and parental support is highly desired. Tuition for grades 1 through 4 is $8,165. Applicants are encouraged to apply for financial aid.
The Lower School is located on the downtown campus at 1030 Johnston Street in Lafayette, Louisiana.
